**MaxIT Consulting Max Corporate Group** is supporting an important **Consumer Product industry** client in an **SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project**, and we are currently seeking a **Senior PMO Cut Over Manager** to join the team. * **Start**: End of December 2025 / early January 2026 * **Work mode**: Hybrid, Pacheco and Olivos areas \| up to 3 times per week onsite * **Duration**: 12 months * **Engagement type**: Full-time Freelance (part-time or on-demand arrangements not accepted) **Role: PMO Cut Over Manager S/4HANA Project** You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the system cutover from current systems to the new SAP environment. Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition, minimize risks, and guarantee operational continuity during go-live. Additionally, you will provide support to the PMO in governance tasks and overall project monitoring. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and manage the Cutover Plan, defining milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria. * Coordinate activities with functional, technical, BASIS, data migration, testing, infrastructure, and business teams. * Integrate cutover plans from different SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, among others) into a master plan. * Coordinate and execute mock runs, validate results, and adjust future executions. * Manage the go-live window, overseeing timelines, resources, and incidents. * Handle communication and progress reporting to the PMO and Steering Committee. * Supervise contingency and rollback plans in case of production launch failures. * Collaborate on UAT strategies, data migration, and business readiness. * Document lessons learned and prepare the post-cutover report. **Profile Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in SAP project management. * Participation in at least 2 projects in the role of Cutover Manager. * Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations or rollouts. * In-depth knowledge of migration, testing, integration, and go-live management processes. * Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. * Excellent planning, communication, risk management, and decision-making skills under pressure. * Advanced reading comprehension level in English for SAP documentation. **How to apply?** Send us your CV through this channel, including: * Hourly rate in AR$ * Availability * Brief description of your experience in Cutover projects
