Job Summary: We are seeking a Telesales Representative for Ópticas LAM, a leader in automotive lighting optics, to expand our customer base and manage orders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer portfolio and follow up on orders 2. Enhance existing customers and activate new accounts 3. Provide after-sales support and enter orders into the system We are Ópticas LAM, leaders in manufacturing vehicle lighting optics for the automotive aftermarket. We are currently undergoing expansion and growth, and are incorporating a Telesales Representative into our team. Tasks include: Calling the customer portfolio and following up on their orders. Enhancing existing customers. Activating new accounts. Preparing and submitting relevant sector reports/statistics. Entering orders into the system. Providing after-sales support. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced level). Knowledge of data analysis. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a call center. Full-time availability.
