Procurement and Supply Manager – Construction A prominent company specializing in the construction and renovation of commercial premises is seeking a Procurement and Supply Manager to join its team. We seek a professional with proven experience in procurement within the construction industry, possessing strong negotiation, planning, and anticipation skills. Key Responsibilities Manage technical procurement of materials for ongoing projects. Analyze requirements according to project schedules and anticipate supply needs. Develop and maintain an active supplier portfolio within the construction sector. Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery timelines. Prepare comparative tables and cost analyses. Maintain updated price lists. Track deliveries and adherence to deadlines. Identify variances between budgeted and actual costs. Prepare profitability reports jointly with the administration department. Coordinate continuously with management and site supervisors. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in procurement within the construction industry. Experience managing multiple technical suppliers. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables and cost analysis). Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. Organizational ability, autonomy, and foresight. Experience working with construction schedules and tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial premises or retail construction projects. Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry materials. Experience in budget analysis and margin control. Analytical profile with strategic business vision.
