At IMPFOT, we are looking for a dynamic, responsible, organized, and commercially oriented person to join our online sales team, also collaborating in invoicing, order preparation, and logistics coordination. MAIN TASKS Management and follow-up of sales through e-commerce platforms. Customer service and advice through digital channels. Management of orders from Mercado Libre and the online store. Invoicing of sales made through Mercado Libre. Issuance and control of invoices, verifying the data of each transaction. Preparation, packaging, and labeling of products for dispatch. Coordination of pickups and shipments with logistics operators and transport companies. Follow-up on deliveries and resolution of incidents. Control of product availability and coordination with the warehouse. Management of customer inquiries and complaints. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in online sales and customer service. Knowledge of Mercado Libre and e-commerce platforms. Experience in invoicing and administrative management of sales. Experience in order preparation and shipment coordination (desirable). Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. Excellent communication and customer orientation. Ability to organize, solve problems, and work in a team.
