We are Vafood, and we continue to grow our talent pool! We are currently seeking a PACKAGING AND PORTIONING OPERATOR to join our team in Villa Allende. What are the main challenges? Preparing, processing, and packaging food for sale. Operating and managing specialized machinery, following recipes and food safety regulations. Ensuring compliance with required quality standards. Inspecting and counting physical inventory, as well as goods receipt/shipment. Order control, item loading into the system, and other related tasks. What do we expect from your profile? Completed studies in Food Technology. Proven experience in similar positions for over 2 years, preferably in the mass-consumption and food industry sectors. Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Experience operating machinery such as packaging machines, dryers, and ovens. Preferably residing in Villa Allende or nearby areas; alternatively, possessing personal transportation to reach Parque Pyme, as public transport does not serve this location.
