What will be your main responsibilities? Internal User Support • Provide technical assistance to internal users • Manage and track incidents (tickets) • Offer support for mobile devices, laptops, and printers • Perform email configuration and account synchronization Networks and Infrastructure • Install and configure LAN/WAN networks • Configure switches, routers, and links • Conduct connectivity diagnostics and troubleshoot issues • Manage infrastructure assessment and documentation Processes and Continuous Improvement • Review, correct, and create technical instructions and procedures • Identify and propose process improvements Requirements • Tertiary or university degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred) • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (mandatory) • Experience providing support to internal customers (mandatory) • Residence in General Roca (mandatory) • SAP knowledge (preferred) Valued Technical Skills • Switch and router configuration • LAN/WAN networks • Mobile devices • Email configuration • Database • Programming • Technical documentation • SAP proficiency We seek technically skilled candidates oriented toward internal users, with strong problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for actively contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
