We are currently seeking a Junior International Procurement Analyst to join our team in Córdoba Capital. This position targets junior procurement professionals interested in developing expertise in international procurement within an operational and administrative environment. The role combines procurement tasks, operational tracking, and administrative data entry; therefore, it requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with proficient computer tool usage. Important: This position is 100% on-site in Córdoba Capital; thus, residing in the city is an absolute requirement. Main Responsibilities: - Analyze historical procurement, sales, inventory, and trend data to plan merchandise replenishment and new orders. - Generate purchase orders to international suppliers. - Coordinate international shipments and track them until arrival. - Conduct price analysis and comparison. - Request and compare quotations for international freight and insurance. - Maintain contact with freight forwarders and logistics operators. - Monitor shipment status and perform daily tracking. - Coordinate merchandise arrival with relevant internal departments. - Manage import-related documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs clearance documentation, etc.). - Enter data into systems and keep internal spreadsheets updated. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement roles. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. - Experience using management systems. - Intermediate English level for written communication with suppliers. - Current residence in Córdoba Capital Desirable Requirements: - Basic knowledge of import procedures. - Experience in international procurement and handling foreign trade documentation.
