Discover the life that awaits you at Accor—visit https://careers.accor.com/ **Job Description** * Perform employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in ARCA. * Process personnel updates and prepare preliminary payroll reports. * Manage onboarding of new employees. * Coordinate salary account openings. * Manage ART (Workers’ Compensation Insurance): incident reporting, follow-ups, and reimbursements. * Provide assistance to employees to resolve inquiries related to HR matters. * Prepare and submit administrative reports. * Manage and assign corporate mobile devices and phone lines. **Requirements** * Graduate or current student in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the responsibilities listed above. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva. * Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven attitude. * Ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently. * Residence in Zárate, Campana, or nearby areas. * Availability for 100% in-person work. **Additional Information** **Learning Programs through Our Academies** * Staff cafeteria on-site. * Provision of uniforms and laundry services. * Yoga classes for employees. * Free training sessions. * Opportunities to develop your talent and grow within your hotel and across the globe! * Opportunity to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, such as Planet 21
