Position Summary: We are seeking an International Trade Analyst to manage and coordinate import and export operations within an expanding company. Key Highlights: 1. We are industry leaders in manufacturing automotive optical components for the aftermarket. We are currently undergoing a phase of expansion and growth. We are incorporating an International Trade Analyst into our team to perform the following tasks: Develop purchase orders. Prepare and monitor import and export documentation. Coordinate logistics and operational aspects of imports and exports. Maintain ongoing interaction with customs brokers. Respond to demands from existing customers. Develop new commercial contacts. Schedule and coordinate import/export operations. Inspect goods at bonded warehouses and ports. Track import and export operations. Prepare banking documentation according to current regulations to release import payment orders and collect export receivables. Liaise with suppliers and customers. Requirements: Availability to attend sector-related events. (Valid passport required) Advanced student in International Trade or Customs Brokerage. Bilingual English. Mandatory. Advanced Portuguese, both oral and written. Preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year.
