Position Summary: We are seeking a networking professional to provide Tier 2/3 support, participate in infrastructure deployment projects, and collaborate on network strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration on network strategies with Enterprise Architecture We are looking for a networking specialist to deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, participate in infrastructure deployment and implementation projects, and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams in developing network strategies and standards. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience in complex infrastructure environments, and the ability to document and standardize technical processes.**Responsibilities** * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, including on-call availability and troubleshooting of network performance and capacity for deployed solutions. * Participate in infrastructure deployment and comprehensive change implementation projects. * Engage in discussions with other Enterprise Architecture organizations regarding service requirements and network strategy development. * Contribute to knowledge capital (KX) development, including job aids, deployment guides, and configuration generators. **Technical Skills** ------------------- * Advanced English / bilingual * Advanced network troubleshooting (performance, capacity, availability). * Knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, etc.). * Experience in infrastructure deployments and change implementations. * Understanding of enterprise network architectures. * Ability to work with network configurations (creation, validation, tuning). * Knowledge to participate in technical discussions with Enterprise Architecture. * Technical documentation (job aids, deployment guides, configurations). * Experience in Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. * On-call schedule management. * Ability to resolve complex incidents. * Clear communication to interact with Enterprise Architecture and related teams. * Collaboration in technical discussions and infrastructure decision-making.
