




Job Summary: The Site Quality Manager/Quality Engineer manages on-site quality, advises management, and ensures compliance with quality requirements for maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. A work environment that fosters diversity, equality, and individuality. **Example of Your Day** The Site Quality Manager / Quality Engineer (QE) implements on-site Quality Management (QM), and also advises and supports Site Management in fulfilling their responsibilities related to Quality Management (QM), the Quality Plan, and project-specific quality requirements, as well as applicable quality controls for on-site maintenance activities. **How You’ll Stand Out** * Serve as the on-site quality focal point, acting as the liaison between the local team and project quality representatives. * Define and implement, together with the Site Manager, the Field Quality Plan and ensure its proper execution throughout all project phases. * Establish and supervise processes, procedures, and controls to guarantee compliance with applicable legal, contractual, and quality standards. * Ensure implementation of planned quality documentation and activities, including plans, inspections, and controls defined for the project. * Monitor key performance indicators, track corrective and preventive actions, and report progress, findings, and deviations to the Project and Quality teams. * Drive continuous improvement, share lessons learned, and actively participate in audits, reviews, and project follow-up meetings. **What You Bring** * University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced level of English. * Certification as a Quality Auditor (QM Auditor) is considered an advantage. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to power generation projects, such as engineering, site management, commissioning, or other related areas. * Experience in regulatory management at sites, ISO audits, and project management processes. * Leadership competencies to assume responsibility for teams or subprojects, drive change, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams. **About the Team** Our team consists of professionals from technical disciplines, covering electrical, I\&C, and mechanical maintenance, along with support in safety and hygiene, warehouse operations, and engineering.
