If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development. ### **Job Summary:** The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of laboratory study set\-up documentation, databases, and specifications used in clinical research. This role partners cross\-functionally to identify quality improvements, maintain quality metrics, and support consistent global quality standards in accordance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines. ### **What You'll Be Doing:** * Perform quality control reviews of laboratory specifications, study documentation, and associated configuration records * Review project databases against laboratory specification documents to ensure accuracy and consistency * Collaborate with Set\-up Managers, Set\-up Specialists, and cross\-functional stakeholders to resolve quality findings and process issues * Coordinate QC activities and timelines to support client deliverables and standard turnaround expectations * Analyze quality trends and contribute to training initiatives and process improvement opportunities * Maintain quality metrics through document control and accurate error tracking * Support audits, mentoring activities, and training of new team members * Assist with performance reporting and special assignments related to operational excellence ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s Degree in a Science related field * 5 years’ of clinical or research industry experience * 3 year’s Set\-up related and/or Project Management experience or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience * Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, IQVIA systems and ELVIS * Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of medical and clinical research terminology * Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree ### **The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:** * Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of study set\-up management processes, terminology, and quality control practices * Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and priority\-setting skills in a deadline\-driven environment * Ability to build effective working relationships with customers, co\-workers, managers, and key stakeholders while maintaining high quality standards * Strong written and verbal English language communication skills * Ability to identify quality trends and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives ### **What We Offer You:** We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
