Problems faced are routine. **Essential Functions** * Works with Start Up lead to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines. * Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer\-centric business critical solutions. * Understands business requirements and creates test cases based on Scenarios identified * Executes Test cases as per agreed timelines * Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans. * Builds Site and Subject facing documentation and training materials for the implemented solutions. * Trains internal stakeholders on the implemented solutions, as required * Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base. * Collaborates with the product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality. * Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment. * Works with engineering and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience * Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements Pref * Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req * Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref * Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate * Strong customer facing and presentation skills Intermediate * Process documentation skills Intermediate * Validation documentation and execution skills Intermediate * Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills Intermediate IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
