Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to comprehensively manage the HR function—from personnel administration to People Analytics and digital transformation—with a focus on strategic decision-making. Strong decision-making ability and strategic vision. **Comprehensive HR Management (Hard & Soft):** * Personnel administration, personnel changes, absenteeism tracking, workers' compensation (ART), employee files, and labor regulations. * End-to-end payroll processing. * Collaboration with the recruitment team. * Onboarding, performance management, workplace climate, and organizational development. * Labor relations and conflict management. **People Analytics & AI Applied to HR (solid experience required):** * Design and monitoring of strategic HR KPIs. * Predictive analysis of turnover, absenteeism, and performance. * Development of dashboards and metrics (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools). * Implementation of talent segmentation models. * Use of AI for recruitment optimization and workforce planning. * Automation of HR processes using digital tools. * Data storytelling to support executive decision-making.
