Company dedicated to the purchase, sale, and administration of farmland in Argentina.
We seek a candidate currently residing in La Paz, Entre Ríos, or willing to relocate to this city. A professional with a completed university degree and at least 3 years of experience in the agribusiness sector, to fill the role of Administration Manager.
Residency in La Paz, Entre Ríos is required.
Position Objective:
Lead the company's financial and commercial management, ensuring efficient resource control, strategic planning, and achievement of corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow.
● Control daily financial operations, determining payments based on priorities and availability.
● Analyze and manage credit and financing options with suppliers and financial institutions.
● Evaluate new projects and business opportunities, providing strategic recommendations.
● Prepare the financial budget aligned with sales targets, procurement plans, and tax obligations.
● Plan and manage payments according to revenue and expense projections.
● Manage grain sales contracts, ensuring proper formalization and follow-up.
● Monitor and analyze the grain commercial position, optimizing market opportunities.
Requirements:
University degree in Economics or related fields.
Residency in La Paz, Entre Ríos or surrounding areas (Mandatory)
Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in similar positions within agribusiness companies. Mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, cash flow, and budget planning.
Commercial management skills, especially in handling contracts and grain operations.
Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP systems) and data analysis knowledge.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership ability, strategic vision, and results-oriented mindset.
