Contribute to operational excellence: monitoring, debugging, and documentation. **Job Description** ------------------- **Fullstack Engineer\-Backend oriented** **JavaScript/TypeScript** This role combines automation, integrations, and software development in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, test, and maintain **workflows and automations in n8n**. * Build **custom nodes, integrations, and supporting services**. * Investigate and resolve **workflow failures, platform issues, and integration problems**. * Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions. * Contribute to operational excellence: **monitoring, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement**. **Mandatory Requirements** \+Fullstack developer experience with strong proficiency in **JavaScript and TypeScript**. \+Solid knowledge of **Python**. \+Strong software engineering fundamentals: design, development, and integration of APIs and distributed systems. \+Candidates with strong **backend and integration experience** will be prioritized, even if frontend experience is more limited. **Desirable (Nice to Have)** * Prior experience with **n8n**. * Experience with automation platforms (e.g., **Zapier, Workato, Make**). * Knowledge of **Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native environments**. * Familiarity with **PostgreSQL** and database troubleshooting. * Experience building workflows involving **AI / LLMs**. * Contributions to **open-source** projects. **What We Offer?** USD-denominated salary, paid in Argentine pesos at the BNA selling exchange rate Employment relationship with Capgemini **Benefits:** * OSDE as private health insurance * Virtual expense reimbursement * Gym benefits * Business days of vacation \+ birthday day off \#LI\-LM10
