We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, generating new challenges and developing business opportunities. **Your role will be:** Manage Fiber Optic Network resources to ensure technical feasibility of projects, optimize processes, and guarantee proper implementation of expansion, improvement, and new customer service initiatives. **Your main challenges will be:** • **Prepare** detailed engineering designs for Fiber Optic Network growth and improvement, managing and recording technical documentation within operational systems. • Perform **performance metric analysis** and develop dashboards to monitor key indicators (KPIs) • Analyze **projects** to identify deviations from planned execution. • Rigor in **documenting** workflows, process diagrams, and maintenance manuals • **Monitor and audit** contractor companies responsible for various integration and process automation tasks within the Department. • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external departments to **ensure** correct execution of activities. **What we require from you:** • Completed or ongoing university/tertiary studies in technical fields, preferably Electronics/Telecommunications/Architecture. • Technical skills in data handling and knowledge of telecommunications sector databases. • Proficiency with software design tools, e.g., AutoCAD • Experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) operation, infrastructure blueprints, and fiber optic cabling maps is desirable. • Proactivity, curiosity, and dynamism.
