Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager to supervise and control infrastructure construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, safety, and schedule requirements. Promote a positive work environment with empathy and respect. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a Construction Manager responsible for supervising and controlling the execution of infrastructure construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, safety, and scheduled requirements established by the Company. **What Will Be the Challenges of This Position?** Your primary challenge will be ensuring the proper execution of assigned works within a new large-scale/long-distance pipeline construction project, coordinating inspection teams and contractors, monitoring progress, costs, and quality, and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and project commitments.Your primary challenge will be ensuring the proper execution of assigned works within a new large-scale/long-distance pipeline construction project, coordinating inspection teams and contractors, monitoring progress, costs, and quality, and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and project commitments. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Oversee construction execution comprehensively, being accountable for technical, contractual, safety, and quality compliance of fieldwork. * Lead and coordinate the contracted inspection team responsible for monitoring contractor-executed tasks, ensuring appropriate communication and follow-up. * Analyze project documentation—including drawings, schedules, interference analyses, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost estimates—and implement necessary adjustments during execution. * Manage certification of construction progress, control of work permits and authorizations, and contractual requirement compliance by contractors. * Coordinate interference management, minor procurements, subcontracting, and on-site resources to ensure continuous work execution. * Manage interactions with governmental agencies and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. **What Do We Value?** * **Academic Qualification:** Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * **Professional Experience:** Experience in pipeline, oil pipeline, and associated facilities construction projects. * **Computer Tools:** * Office and Excel (mandatory). * Power BI (desirable). * **Languages:** Intermediate English (non-mandatory). * **Key Competencies:** * Field leadership. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Results- and business-oriented mindset. **Position Information** * Work Location: NEUQUÉN / RIO NEGRO * Direct Reports: No * Travel Availability: Yes * Labor Union Classification: Non-collective agreement * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 2 years * Availability to work under 11x3 or 21x7 field work regimes.
