




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Back Office Analyst with interest in capital markets to manage financial transactions and support the trading desk. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development with progressive autonomy What will be your main responsibilities? Recording and tracking fund movements (deposits, withdrawals, transfers). Managing subscriptions and redemptions of Mutual Funds. Coordinating domestic and international securities transfers. Administration of E-cheques, Promissory Notes, and FCEs. Managing EPYME, guarantees, and SGR ratings. Executing daily operational controls. Providing support to the trading desk. Preparing reports and monitoring transactions. Tracking and resolving pending operational items at the end of the business day. Controlling and validating tasks related to the daily market close. We are looking for a Back Office Analyst to join the team of a Stockbrokerage Firm. Requirements What profile are we looking for? Advanced university students in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with interest in developing a career in capital markets. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
