Responsibilities Lead and develop the Provider Executives under your supervision. Coordinate zone-based work, especially in interior regions, promoting autonomy and territorial knowledge. Support field management when necessary. Comprehensively manage the provider portfolio within your zone (active, potential, and critical providers). Identify coverage needs, develop new providers, and optimize the existing network. Ensure service levels aligned with business standards. Evaluate and negotiate commercial terms with providers (fees, contractual conditions). Guarantee cost efficiency without compromising service quality. Analyze network performance indicators and propose improvement actions. Identify process optimization opportunities and implement improvements. Coordinate proper service distribution to ensure operational efficiency. Liaise with internal departments (operations, billing, administration). Supervise compliance with quality policies and standards.
