




Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Manager with strong service orientation and experience in comprehensive management of high-end complexes. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to problem resolution. We are currently looking for a Facility Manager or Facilities Manager for a high-end complex located in Puerto Madero, CABA. The position requires a candidate with strong service orientation, organizational skills, and proven experience in comprehensive hospitality management, residential buildings, and/or complexes. Main Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate in-house and outsourced building personnel. • Verify and coordinate resources to ensure the proper condition and operation of all common facilities: elevators, electrical systems, water pumps, generators, common areas, etc. • Schedule, develop, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, both with internal staff and external vendors. • Administer and optimize the use of the building’s material resources. • Manage handling of complaints, suggestions, or requests from owners or users, maintaining clear, respectful, and efficient communication. • Coordinate and collaborate with the building administrator to manage incidents, regulation violations, breakdowns, accidents, and other matters related to the complex’s operations. • Control vendor and contractor access, ensuring compliance with safety and coexistence regulations. • Respond to emergencies such as fires or facility failures, coordinating with relevant authorities to resolve them. • Address and resolve residents’ concerns regarding complex operations, ensuring adherence to internal regulations and fostering a harmonious environment. Requirements: • Proven experience in similar roles within institutions such as hotels or residential buildings (minimum 5 years). • Required education: Training in Hotel Administration, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Architecture, Master Builder, or related fields. • Language: English (a plus). • Personal transportation: desirable but not mandatory. • Computer tools: General knowledge of computer tools and administrative management. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
