In this opportunity, we are seeking Backup Hosts! Hybrid modality. Job Description: We are currently looking for Backup Hosts/Hostesses for Edesur's customer service operations. The position is primarily remote, functioning as a telephone customer service operator handling inquiries, complaints, and advisory support regarding the company’s various services, ensuring clear, effective, and high-quality service. Additionally, the role requires availability to work in-person at branches when necessary—covering absences, vacations, or leaves of the primary Host/Hostess. In such cases, you will be the first point of contact for customers, receiving them at the office, directing them to the appropriate department, and supporting them throughout their request. Full PC setup, wired internet connection, and headset for working from home. Residence near the branches listed above. Availability to travel to all listed branches. Prior customer service experience (MANDATORY). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Solution-oriented, empathetic profile with strong customer orientation.
