Workplace: Microcenter – CABA Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: • Morning shift: 08:00–16:00 • Afternoon shift: 12:00–20:00 (Indicate your availability when applying) Requirements: • Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in collections supervision roles • Experience in collections call centers • Experience in late-stage delinquency management • Proficiency in managing telephone operations teams • Experience handling portfolios from financial institutions, fintechs, digital wallets, and banks • Ability to manage performance indicators and achieve targets • Strong computer skills and experience preparing operational reports • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Main Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate collections agents • Monitor productivity, recovery rates, and target achievement • Conduct daily tracking of operational KPIs • Identify opportunities for process improvement • Train, motivate, and support the team • Prepare management and performance reports Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in high-demand, high-volume campaigns • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities • Focus on meeting recovery metrics and targets • Experience managing operational climate and resolving conflicts If you have experience supervising collections teams and wish to join a dynamic and challenging environment, we look forward to your application.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary School 2 years of experience
