




We’re looking for a highly skilled, imaginative Video Editor \& AI Character Designer who uses Google Veo 3 and Midjourney to build hyper\-realistic, high\-converting characters for ads. You’ll live where AI creativity meets performance marketing—crafting TikTok/Reels/Shorts that stop scrolls and drive results. You will be responsible not only for editing but also for creating original characters that feel real, believable, and aligned with the brand style. These characters will be used across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** Create realistic AI characters using Google Veo 3 and Midjourney for use in ads and storytelling sequences. Edit short\-form and long\-form video content featuring AI\-generated characters, ensuring smooth and natural integration with real footage and environments. Add B\-roll, transitions, captions, SFX, motion graphics, and other attention\-retaining elements to maximize engagement. Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute ad concepts from scratch in collaboration with the creative team. Stay ahead of viral trends, hooks, storytelling styles, and performance\-driven creative formats. Optimize videos for multiple placements: vertical (9:16\), square (1:1\), and horizontal (16:9\). Mix and enhance audio, including music, voiceovers, and sound design. Experiment with new AI video tools and workflows to elevate production quality. Maintain consistent brand style, voice, and creative standards across all content. **Qualifications** 3\+ years of professional video editing experience (social ads, short\-form content, or performance marketing preferred). Expertise with AI image/video tools, specifically: Google Veo 3 Midjourney (Bonus) Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or similar. Proven ability to design, refine, and animate AI\-generated characters, avatars, or synthetic media. Strong understanding of pacing, narrative structure, and social\-media\-first hook creation. Ability to source complementary stock footage, audio, and visual accents. Experience with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and dynamic editing. Up\-to\-date knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta ad platform trends. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline\-driven environment. **Nice\-to\-Have Skills** UGC\-style editing expertise. Background in digital marketing, paid ads, or performance creative. Ability to write or refine short\-form copy for captions, hooks, and ads.
