Manage critical incidents and report team performance Join our team! We are currently looking for a Nighttime Monitoring Supervisor for our Central Cuidar department. The selected candidate will supervise, manage, and optimize the daily operations of the monitoring center, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), correct application of security protocols, and maximum operational efficiency. The role directly supervises Team Leaders/operators and is accountable for overall team performance. **Job Responsibilities:** Process Supervision: Monitor alarm management (e.g., burglary, fire, medical, etc.) in real time, ensuring adherence to established TMR and TMO metrics. Quality Control: Audit incident management performed by Team Leaders and operators to ensure protocol compliance and communication quality with clients and authorities. Critical Incident Management: Serve as escalation point for complex or high-risk incidents, making decisions aligned with company guidelines. Reporting: Generate productivity reports, team performance reports, alarm trend analyses, and operational efficiency reports for management. Motivate, provide feedback, and coach Team Leaders/operators: Lead and train Team Leaders in control techniques, crisis management, and personnel management. Performance Management: Evaluate individual and collective team performance (via Team Leaders), identifying training gaps and improvement opportunities. Shift Scheduling: Oversee shift planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient and equitable 24/7 coverage. Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce false alarm rates, and improve response protocols. **Work Schedule:** Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, on-site. **Work Location:** Mataderos, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA). Indefinite-term employment contract. Requirements **Education:** Completed secondary education (Diploma + transcript); preference for tertiary or university studies (e.g., Administration, Engineering, Security, etc.) (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience supervising operational activities in Electronic Security Monitoring Centers (Alarm Systems). Leadership: Prior experience managing teams of Team Leaders or supervisors (not only operators); conflict resolution skills. Communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in monitoring platforms (e.g., SoftGuard, Manitou, or similar) and thorough understanding of applicable security regulations, as well as procedures for coordination with 911 in CABA and PBA. Knowledge of Power BI and/or dynamic reporting tools.
