Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Accounting Intern with strong learning ability to provide support in operational tasks, basic analysis, and billing management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop in the accounting/finance area. **Accounting Intern** -------------------- ### **Position Objective** Provide support to the accounting team in operational and basic analytical tasks, participating in the preparation of local accounting information and actively collaborating in the control and management of billing information to ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and audit requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Assistance in operational tasks within the accounting department. * Entry and recording of simple accounting journal entries. * **Control, tracking, and submission of billing forms from various business units to the team responsible for their issuance.** * Basic validation of information contained in billing forms. * Collaboration in basic account analysis. * Support in preparing bank reconciliations. * Assistance in assembling working papers for accounting closings. * Collaboration in preparing supporting information for audits and internal departments. * Maintenance and updating of files, databases, and reports. * Support in documenting departmental processes and procedures. ### **Requirements** * English: intermediate/basic level (preferred) * Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Interest in developing a career in the accounting/finance area. * Prior experience is not required (valued but not mandatory). ### **Skills** * Proactivity * Learning ability * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Organization and deadline adherence * Strong communication skills * Responsibility **Helping People Thrive in a Connected World** Connect with us.
