Responsibilities · Supervise, execute, and record all physical goods and supplies entering and leaving the warehouse according to internal requirements, updating the computer system for each operation. · Maintain orderly warehouse facilities by properly identifying stored materials and equipment, ensuring correct placement and accessibility. · Monitor minimum critical stock levels and generate system alerts before stockouts occur. · Verify and record personal protective equipment, tools, and equipment issued to workers, keeping system information up to date. · Strictly comply with current safety regulations for material handling, premises, and warehouse access. · Conduct monthly physical inventory of warehouse stock, reconciling results with the ERP system and reporting discrepancies.-Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school 2 years of experience Knowledge: Teamwork, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, Organization, SAP ERP, Tango Gestión, Microsoft Excel pivot tables Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, manager, coordinator, administrator, captain
