OPS SRL is a leading company in construction and installations for the Oil & Gas industry, located in Neuquén Capital. We seek to incorporate into our team a Project Planner with proven experience and passion for excellence. Your Main Responsibilities: Plan and schedule projects using Microsoft Project and Primavera (Oracle). Control project management, ensuring deadlines and objectives. Analyze and track associated costs. Monitor monthly progress, perform rescheduling, and measure physical progress according to agreements with the client. Prepare progress reports, deviation reports, and rescheduling reports for involved departments. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning and control (preferably in Oil & Gas). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (Primavera will be valued). Technical English (not mandatory). Proactive profile, results-oriented, with strong teamwork skills. Position Conditions: On-site work in Neuquén Capital and surrounding areas. Working hours: Monday to Saturday. What Do We Offer?
