This position is intended for individuals with industry experience and skills in building diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Perform diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks. Carry out masonry, plumbing, electrical, and metalworking tasks. Conduct general civil repairs in building facilities. Requirements: Proven experience in similar roles. Solid technical knowledge in at least three of the aforementioned areas. Strong willingness to work collaboratively and complete assigned tasks. Residence near Ciudad Evita. Valid Driver's License (Mandatory). E2 license and proficiency (preferred).
