At HIERRONORT S.R.L., we are looking for a Monitoring Assistant whose main challenge will be to ensure operational control, traceability, and compliance with procedures through real-time monitoring and deviation analysis, directly contributing to business productivity and efficiency. Main Responsibilities Monitor branch operations in real time. Detect and record operational deviations related to order and cleanliness, process compliance, and operational conduct. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, consolidating findings and operational deviations. Issue real-time alerts according to severity level. Safeguard evidence (screenshots and recordings) in assigned systems. Requirements Technical training in computer science (desirable). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in monitoring, operational control, or similar positions. Proficiency in IT tools and monitoring systems (CCTV, GPS, or others). Analytical ability and results orientation. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
