Main Purpose: Responsible for overseeing and managing the site’s maintenance operations. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities* Coordinate the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes, ensuring timely and effective completion while reducing downtime. * Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to guarantee the availability and reliability of both fixed and rotating equipment. * Lead and handle the maintenance team, assigning tasks and resources efficiently. * Conduct root cause analyses and implement effective solutions. * Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Prepare, analyze, and present maintenance reports and performance indicators. * Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines. * Coordinate and supervise work performed by third\-party contractors. * Manage the maintenance of electrical equipment. * Oversee inventory management of spare parts, materials, and supplies. Knowledge Skills And Abilities* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering (maintenance\-oriented). * Solid experience in maintenance management, preferably within continuous process industries. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Advanced level of English. * Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage electricity, including operation and maintenance of generator sets and LV/MV switchboards. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
