Cost management and CAD drawing design A well-established construction and industrial installation company with over 20 years of experience seeks to hire: ELECTROMECHANICAL INSTALLATION SPECIALIST CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER Duties: - Organize and coordinate ongoing construction projects carried out by contractors in industrial facilities. - Schedule and plan specialty-related activities to ensure adherence to the established work plan. - Define and implement supervision methods enabling timely correction of deviations, thereby guaranteeing achievement of planned outcomes. - Supervise compliance with the quality plan as well as safety regulations to ensure deliverables meet client requirements while safeguarding personnel and property. - Understand and apply procedures of the Integrated Management System. - Maintain proactive behaviors regarding safety and quality. - Supervise work crews. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments for material and tool forecasting. - Design and execute drawings using CAD. - Manage costs according to budget. Requirements: - Experience as a Construction Supervisor. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Ability to interpret drawings. - Material quantity takeoff, site surveying, and budgeting. - Project planning and execution. - Strong communication skills and initiative. - Teamwork capability.
