What profile are we looking for? • Proven experience in tangible sales (e.g., automobiles, real estate) or high-value intangible sales (e.g., insurance, plans, prepaid health services). • Advanced negotiation skills. • Excellent objection-handling and persuasive communication skills. • Availability to work 100% onsite at the branch. • Teamwork capability. • Strong presence, clear diction, and the ability to instantly build trust.
