The position is responsible for ensuring the proper delivery of security services at assigned sites, leading personnel with professional judgment and customer orientation. What will be your mission? Supervise and monitor the execution of operational tasks, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with current regulations at each assigned site. Main Responsibilities # Plan and supervise guards' work at assigned sites, focusing on quality and compliance. # Monitor staff attendance, coordinate replacements, and schedule shifts according to service requirements. # Manage incidents and contingencies occurring during service delivery, including outside regular working hours. # Train and onboard operational staff on work processes, procedures, and service improvements. # Report attendance, hours worked, and updates to the Administration Department. # Manage and distribute supplies and tools to each site. # Evaluate staff performance and report deviations to the relevant department.-Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 60 years Driver's license: B1 Willingness to travel: Yes
