Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead and coordinate the team of architects responsible for supervising construction projects and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate the technical team in Construction and Maintenance. 2. Supervise the management of architects and contractors. 3. Ensure compliance with construction and maintenance plans. We are looking for a Senior Architect to join as Head of Sector. The main mission will be to lead and coordinate the team of architects performing direct supervision of construction projects and the company’s preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Main Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the technical team in the Construction and Maintenance area. * Supervise the management of assigned architects and contractor supervision. * Ensure compliance with construction plans and preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Maintain daily communication with clients and address their requirements. * Attend progress meetings. Profile Requirements: * Education: Degree in Architecture (Mandatory). * Experience: Minimum 5 years in leadership or managerial positions, leading work teams. * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project coordination tools. * Prior experience in public-sector construction projects is highly valued. * Skills: Leadership ability, strategic vision, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
