Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Supervisor to lead personnel, monitor operational compliance, conduct audits, manage personnel-related incidents, interact with clients, and coordinate with operational departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise security personnel and monitor operational compliance. 2. Team leadership and conflict resolution. 3. Strong communication and teamwork skills. We are looking for a SECURITY SUPERVISOR Location: CABA / GBA / Interior Schedule: Full-time, with availability for rotating shifts and working weekends or holidays. Work Mode: On-site, field work. Main Responsibilities: Supervise security personnel across various sites. Monitor adherence to operational directives. Conduct patrols, service audits, and assessments. Manage personnel-related matters: attendance, appearance, performance. Interact with clients and channel their requests. Coordinate with operational and human resources departments regarding service needs. Requirements: Prior experience as a security supervisor (mandatory). Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement 507/07 (desirable). Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts. Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, email). Valid driver's license (mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in private security companies. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
