Proficiency in culinary techniques and preparation of elaborate dishes We are looking for an experienced cook for an important restaurant located in the northern zone, Alto Verde neighborhood. Schedule: Full-time with rotating shifts Requirements: * Minimum proven 2-year experience in restaurant or gastronomic establishment kitchens (mandatory). Completed tertiary gastronomic studies (mandatory). * Knowledge of pasta preparation (not mandatory) * Proficiency in culinary techniques and preparation of elaborate dishes. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. * Professional appearance, service-oriented attitude, and ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: * Prepare gourmet dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards. * Collaborate in developing new dishes and designing menus. * Ensure efficient and orderly service during shifts. * Monitor inventory, supplies, and orders to guarantee operational continuity. * If you meet all the requirements, we want to meet you!
