We are looking for a talented and motivated **Web Designer** with a well\-rounded creative skillset across web design, illustration, motion graphics, and UI/UX to join our global web team. You will collaborate closely with other Web Designers, Project Managers and Web Developers to design and deliver visually striking, user\-friendly, and interactive web experiences that differentiate Accenture and make a real impression on our clients. While advanced expertise in all disciplines is not required, you should demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma along with a solid understanding of digital design and animation workflows. This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast\-paced, creative environment; brings strong design instincts and is excited by the opportunity to work across a diverse range of ambitious client centric projects. **Job Responsibilities** * Design and deliver interactive digital experiences from initial brief through to development handoff, meeting project timelines and quality standards * Build high\-fidelity prototypes and presentation\-ready assets for client demonstrations * Collaborate closely with web developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and optimised for interactive and animated web implementation * Transform complex content into engaging visual stories, ensuring alignment with established brand identities and client\-specific requirements * Prepare well\-organised design files, assets, and documentation that support smooth development and production workflows * Work within established design systems and respect brand guidelines, while also creating original visual approaches where needed. * Present and articulate design concepts and deliverables clearly to peers and stakeholders * Champion design best practices, brand and quality standards, and a consistent, high bar for innovative, creative output * Stay current with the latest UI/UX, web design, digital experience trends and AI\-enabled workflows **Essential Skills \& Experience** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Web Design or equivalent digital design role * A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and web design skills across a range of digital projects * Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping workflows * Basic to intermediate proficiency of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator * Foundational animation or motion design skills, using tools such as Adobe After Effects * A solid understanding of how design and animation assets are used within web development and production workflows * Strong grasp of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and digital user experience principles * Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross\-functional and global teams * A proactive, problem\-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver under tight timelines * An interest in emerging technologies and AI\-powered creative tools **Desired Skills** * A bachelor's degree **or** certifications in a design\-related discipline is preferred * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is desirable
