To support its evolution plan and for its offices located in Rosario, it requires: **GENERALIST HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST** We seek a professional with robust education and experience in this role within companies recognized for excellence in HR practices. Reporting to the Head of the Department, you will be responsible for leading personnel administration and people development activities, ensuring appropriate management and support for employees while elevating the department to a higher level. Key responsibilities include: · Manage Talent Acquisition processes, coordinating projects, liaising with recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding of new employees. · Participate in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational climate and consolidating a culture aligned with business values and objectives. · Administer Personnel Administration and Payroll Processing, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and accurate execution of related tasks. · Develop KPIs, reports, and management information to facilitate monitoring of key departmental processes and support decision-making. · Participate in continuous improvement projects, promoting professionalization of human capital practices and adoption of new tools and methodologies. Knowledge of labor legislation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience generating management KPIs, and familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Artificial Intelligence are highly valued. Strong leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills complete the profile. Work mode: On-site.
