Job Summary: We are seeking an external Commercial Real Estate Broker with experience to generate sales, expand and retain the client portfolio, and close purchase and sale transactions. Commercial Real Estate Broker – External Collaborator We seek a commercial profile with at least 6 years of experience in the real estate sector (broker, agent, or salesperson). Responsibilities include generating sales, expanding and retaining the existing client portfolio by offering a comprehensive suite of services (sales, rental management, renovations, maintenance, and corporate and commercial architecture). Activities also include acquiring new clients, showcasing properties for sale or rent, following up with prospects, and closing purchase and sale transactions (with individuals, developers, or other real estate agencies), guiding clients throughout the entire process until reservation. EXCLUSIVE Requirements: • Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 6 years). • Active personal contact database. • Proficiency in real estate CRM and commercial follow-up. • Experience using WhatsApp Business with labels and tracking. • Ability to work autonomously. • Consultative, non-aggressive communication style. • Strong written communication skills. • Problem-solving orientation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Gemini, social media, etc. • Geographic coverage area must include: San Antonio de Padua and Ituzaingó (mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: • Training in negotiation or related fields. • Knowledge related to architecture. • Personal mobility.
