**The position** --------------- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Angels initiative, within the framework of Boehringer Ingelheim's corporate policies and objectives and as established by local legislation. **Tasks and Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Develop, support and lead the implementation of the Angels Initiative based on knowledge of the needs and expectations of healthcare stakeholders within the healthcare system, fully complying with Boehringer Ingelheim's policies and local regulations. * Ensure the development, implementation and optimization of content, materials and tools of the Angels initiative, fully complying with BI policies and local regulations. * Develop a high level of engagement between Boehringer Ingelheim Argentina and relevant stakeholders for the implementation of the initiative (scientific societies, physicians, institutions). * Monitor the execution of work plans outlined within the Angels Initiative to be carried out by consultants at country level, provide field support, train consultants, achieve goal compliance and develop specific skills. Generate and keep up to date the records and reports of the initiative's execution as defined by Boehringer Ingelheim Argentina, with the indicated periodicity and frequency. * **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate professional preferably in medicine, with extensive knowledge of the Healthcare System. * Two or more years of demonstrable experience in developing programs, models and strategies for access to medicines. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Intermediate level of English. * Planning and Organization, Results Orientation, Adaptability to change, Influence in communication.
