You will be part of a rapidly growing Advanced Technology Engineering group focused on accelerating GenAI\-based capabilities within products. All candidates will participate in a live coding interview in their preferred language, with GenAI training provided. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop full\-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components to support rapid GenAI agent creation, validation, and deployment * Build developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions for safe and efficient iteration, including evaluation systems, canary deployments, rollout/rollback mechanisms, and cost/quality telemetry * Implement secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and privacy\-by\-design practices, such as threat modeling and least privilege access * Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and domain experts to deliver customer\-centric solutions with measurable impact * Apply current large language model (LLM) patterns, including retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG), retrieval, routing, tool\-use, and evaluation, to enhance AI system reliability, reduce decision time, improve trust and safety, and lower operational costs * Take a hands\-on leadership role by driving architecture, mentoring engineers, and owning major projects **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering * Strong full\-stack development skills with expertise in Node.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing applications * Proficiency in CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code for automated deployments and environment management * Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to ensure system reliability and scalability * Experience in quality engineering and developing comprehensive testing strategies * Knowledge of secure SDLC and privacy\-by\-design principles to protect data and ensure compliance * Demonstrated success in delivering secure, reliable, cloud\-native systems to production environments * Excellent problem\-solving abilities, ownership mindset, and strong cross\-functional communication skills * Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Understanding of Generative AI fundamentals for building advanced AI solutions * Experience with LangChain for developing applications powered by language models * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure for cloud\-based AI and application deployment * Knowledge of Model Context Protocol for managing AI model interactions * Experience with Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enhancing AI system performance
