Summary: Seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape technical foundations, guide complex implementations, and align solutions with business goals in a CCaS Migration project. Highlights: 1. Foster knowledge sharing and elevate team's technical maturity We are seeking a **Salesforce Architect** who can analyze high\-level customer stories and enrich them with detailed technical notes for the team in the CCaS (Contact Center as a Service) Migration project. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping the technical foundation of the solution and guiding the team through complex implementation challenges. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering peers to ensure delivery aligns with business goals and architectural standards. **Responsibilities** * Lead the technical direction of Salesforce\-based initiatives across the project lifecycle * Translate business needs into clear technical guidance for development teams * Shape end\-to\-end solution designs that address scalability, performance, and maintainability * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align on technical approach and delivery strategy * Drive architectural discussions and decision\-making across multiple workstreams * Review implementation artifacts to ensure consistency with established design principles * Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the lifecycle * Support engineers throughout development by providing hands\-on architectural assistance * Foster knowledge sharing and contribute to raising the overall technical maturity of the team * Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience * At least 8\+ years of relevant professional experience * Minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles * 2\+ years of experience leading teams of at least 20 employees * Participation in at least 5 full\-cycle projects, or experience launching a product or a key product capability to the market * Expertise in Service Cloud, APEX, LWC, and Force.com for building enterprise\-grade Salesforce solutions * Proven experience in solution design, ensuring high\-quality and scalable outcomes * Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and enrich user stories with detailed technical notes for clear communication * Strong skill in analyzing high\-level stories provided by the customer and enhancing them with detailed technical notes for the team * Expertise in applying best practices in design and development to guide and manage the development team effectively * Hands\-on experience collaborating with the Product Owner (PO) to define and finalize story details before development begins * Solid experience designing integration flows and patterns across systems * Strong attention to detail and accountability for delivering on time and to specification * Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly in an agile environment with cross\-functional teams * Excellent problem\-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve development challenges efficiently * Capability to mentor and guide the development team while facilitating alignment between stakeholders * Excellent spoken and written English communication skills at an Advanced level
