Job Objective Supervise and coordinate security personnel during the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and corporate standards, and guaranteeing efficient, professional service aligned with the company’s values. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate security team schedules, instructions, and tasks. Conduct continuous rounds of the facilities, identifying and reporting potential anomalies. Supervise proper presence, grooming, uniform adherence, and conduct of supervised personnel. Communicate operational updates, assignments, and guidelines to the team. Resolve internal or customer-related conflicts diplomatically and professionally. Supervise entry and exit of staff, suppliers, and merchandise. Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and corporate values. Foster a harmonious, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
