Account Executive
We seek to hire an Account Executive with strong customer orientation, coordination capability, and a results focus to comprehensively manage corporate accounts related to vehicle and asset sales.
Purpose of the Role
To serve as the primary client contact from lot assignment through sale, payment collection, and delivery to buyers. The mission is to transform every commercial commitment into an orderly, transparent, and successful transaction, thereby promoting satisfaction, retention, and growth of assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Receive handover of new accounts and assignments from the commercial team.
Gather information on lots, objectives, sales terms, documentation, timelines, and approval authorities.
Design and maintain an updated work plan.
Coordinate with Operations and Warehouses regarding asset intake, check-in, storage, inspection, content production, and display.
Ensure each lot is correctly identified, valued, documented, and published.
Liaise with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to execute required tasks.
Manage approvals for valuations, minimum prices, listings, awards, relaunches, and exceptional cases.
Maintain regular, executive-level communication with the client, reporting progress, results, risks, and resolution alternatives.
Monitor visits, inquiries, offers, participation, conversion rates, and overall performance.
Track award decisions, payments, collections, documentation, transfers, and withdrawals.
Coordinate delivery of assets to end buyers, ensuring traceability and documentary support.
Promptly, judiciously, and solution-oriented manage complaints and incidents.
Prepare closing reports covering results, sold lots, consignments, collections, deliveries, and improvement opportunities.
Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business, service expansion, or new assignments.
Required Profile
Tertiary or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum three years’ experience in B2B account management, Customer Success, commercial operations, corporate services, or project coordination.
Experience in automotive, industrial assets, logistics, banking, insurance, leasing, Oil & Gas, fleet management, or marketplaces is highly valued.
Proficiency in CRM systems, management tools, spreadsheets, and executive reporting.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple accounts, lots, deadlines, approvals, and responsible parties.
