Position Level:
As a Budget Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating the company’s end-to-end budgeting process—from planning through monitoring and variance analysis. You will work collaboratively with key business areas, providing reliable information to support strategic decision-making.
Your Main Challenges:
Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and adjust the annual budget together with the Administration and Finance team.
Variance Analysis: Identify differences between planned and actual results, explain them, and propose improvements.
Financial Reporting: Create and update periodic reports containing economic and operational KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide budget-related support.
Audits: Participate in internal and external audits by supplying documentation and analytical support.
Qualifications and Skills:
Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, charts; macros preferred).
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and management control.
Understanding of financial statements and P&L structures.
Data Analytics and reporting tools knowledge is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred).
