Act as a strategic partner in personnel decisions and productive climate management. A leading company in the food industry is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. The primary objective of this position is to professionalize, standardize, and sustain comprehensive human capital management across all company areas (Production Plant, Sales Points, and Administration). We seek a candidate with strong operational management capabilities, oriented toward continuous learning and strengthening organizational culture. Core Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Lead recruitment and selection processes for operational and mid-level management positions. Manage a talent pool to ensure efficient coverage of critical roles. Training and Development: Design and execute the Annual Training Plan focused on BPM, customer service, operational procedures, and safety. Implement mid-management training programs and internal career development plans. Performance Management: Establish semi-annual evaluation systems, competency certification, and tracking of deviations identified during audits. Labor Relations and Climate: Supervise disciplinary procedures, mediate internal conflicts, and ensure compliance with punctuality, respect, and product care standards. Manage coordination with labor legal advisors. Personnel Administration: Ensure accurate management of personnel files, hiring/termination records, employment contracts, workers’ compensation insurance (ART), and attendance control. Collaborate with the Finance Department during payroll processing. Operational Technical Support: Act as a strategic partner to Production Plant and Operations departments in personnel-related decision-making, staffing, and productive climate management. Required Profile: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within companies operating production plants and multiple sales points (Retail/Food Industry). Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, mediation ability, and a process standardization-oriented mindset.
