We are seeking a Technical Assistant for a metallurgical company in the Alto Valle region, providing support to Management in the comprehensive development and management of projects. Main Responsibilities: Assistance in project planning and coordination: Management of human and material resources, evaluation of deviations and errors, analysis of project timelines. Project monitoring to ensure timely and quality delivery. Monitoring of indicators and processes to ensure quality standards. Design of 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components. Application of technical standards in project design. Updating drawings in response to changes in the initial project. Quality control of production according to the project. Control and management of technical documentation: Updating production records, warranties, maintenance logs, certifications for tools, supplies, and staff technical competencies. Technical and operational analysis of suppliers. Inventory management: Identification of items for system entry; control of incoming and outgoing goods delivery notes; organization of the warehouse management system. Support to Management in technical and administrative tasks related to project development, suppliers, procurement, certifications, and process optimization. Delivery and billing management: Entry and documentation of deliveries on client portals, documentary tracking, and data entry for invoicing. Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Work Location: General Roca. Requirements: - You reside in General Roca or surrounding areas (Mandatory) - You hold tertiary/university studies in Industrial Design, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (Mandatory) - You have over 3 years of experience in technical office or technical drawing roles within the metal-mechanical, energy, or similar industries (Mandatory) - You possess intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of SolidWorks (Mandatory). - You have knowledge of AutoCAD (Desirable) - You have experience or interest in project management, fault detection, and process optimization. - You are detail-oriented, highly attentive to processes, and enjoy dynamic and versatile work environments. - You are interested in developing your career within an established company.
