Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** CUST COLLABORATION LEAD**Location:** Latin America, Argentina, Buenos Aires, Capital Federal**Work Location:** Hybrid**What you will do** The Customer Collaboration Analyst is responsible for enhancing collaboration between the company and its trading partners, optimizing planning, forecasting, and inventory replenishment processes. The primary objective is to ensure the right products are available at the right time, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing costs. **Key Responsibilities** * Facilitate planning meetings with trading partners to align goals and strategies. * Develop and maintain collaborative sales and operations plans reflecting market needs. * Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts. * Use analytical tools to adjust forecasts based on market changes or consumer behavior. * Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure optimal inventory levels. * Implement replenishment strategies based on demand forecasts and inventory turnover. * Monitor and analyze sales and inventory performance to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market trends. * Identify and propose improvements to CPFR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. * Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in CPFR. **What we look for** Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. * Prior experience in data analysis, supply chain planning, or similar roles. * Knowledge of inventory management and data analysis software (Excel, ERP, and planning systems). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of demand planning and procurement. * Prior experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
