That’s what makes us Roche. **Opportunity:** Business\& Squads Support Analyst As a Business\& Squads Support Analyst, you will play a fundamental role in the alignment and success of our medical and commercial strategies. You will have the opportunity to work in an agile and cross-functional manner, providing direct support to the Squad Lead and Medical and Marketing Enablers. You will serve as the logistical, administrative, and organizational engine that ensures the proper execution of our events, launches, and budgets—always complying with our compliance regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Event and Congress Management: Coordinate participation in national and international medical congresses, RIMEs, symposia, Advisory Board meetings, workshops, and local and regional proprietary events. * End-to-End Logistics: Coordinate logistics related to participants and the event (booths, promotional and non-promotional materials, speaker coordination, medical professionals, transportation, accommodation, contracts, and honorarium payments), in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. * Product Launches: Organize product launches, managing all participant and event logistics. * Budget Management: Support planning of investment allocation. Monitor medical and promotional budgets jointly with the Finance Partner, updating the Squad Lead and Enablers monthly and tracking deviations in quarterly/annual cumulative figures. * Administrative Control and SAP: Perform expense control and analysis in SAP (or current system). Submit monthly accruals to Finance and monitor WBS (tracking expenses allocated to each product). Enter requisitions, track fulfillment, input invoices/receipts, and monitor the payment process to avoid delays. * Materials and Omnichannel Distribution: Plan promotional/non-promotional materials and their omnichannel distribution to PPoCs. * Brand Support: Assist in adapting international branding to national requirements, slogans, and promotional messaging in line with local regulations. * Training: Organize and coordinate PJPs’ training together with the Squad and PJP Lead. * Grants\& Donations (G) Management: Receive grant and donation requests, follow up on approvals, evaluate budgets, draft acceptance letters, enter data into the GSD system, and monitor implementation of requests. * Contracts and Suppliers: Participate in drafting and validating contracts with the Legal Department in accordance with compliance guidelines. Evaluate and process supplier onboarding per the company’s procurement procedures. **Who You Are:** We seek a dynamic professional with strong organizational skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities to thrive in an agile work environment. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements: * Experience: 2–3 years of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably within the industry. * Education: Completed or ongoing tertiary or university degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Advertising). * Languages: Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * IT Tools: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using SAP. * Key Skills (Soft Skills): \* Fluent and transparent communication. * Strong organizational and teamwork capabilities. * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel. * Autonomy, proactivity, and high adaptability to constant change. * Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines accurately and on time.
